Shane Cluck - Administrator

Our new administrator, Shane Cluck, joined the Innisfree staff in October, 2011. Shane is blessed with a beautiful wife and three wonderful children whom he adores. Shane has been involved in many different capacities in healthcare during his career and enjoys the relationships developed and the friendships formed. Shane earned his RN degree from Westark College and worked several years in hospital ER and ICU settings; however, his love is working in Senior Communities. Shane hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of others and prays God will allow him this opportunity for many years to come.
Angie Clark - Health Services Director

Angie has spent most of her life in Northwest Arkansas. After attending college Angie joined the Innisfree staff in August 2003, as the Activities Director. She enjoyed the personal relationships which the activity position provided. In December 2003, she married her college sweetheart Josh Clark. They began serving as house parents in January 2004. In April 2005, Angie was promoted to Office Manager. In early 2007, with the opening of the new Assisted Living addition, Angie was promoted to her current position. On August 15, 2008, Angie and Josh started a new chapter in their lives when they welcomed their first child, a daughter, who has enriched their lives immensely. Angie continues to enjoy working with the friendly staff and truly loves caring for our residents at Innisfree.
Pam Wood - Marketing Director

Our new marketing director, Pam Wood, joined the Innisfree family in October, 2011 with 18 years of administrative experience in senior care. Pam was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and is the mother of two smart, precious boys who are her pride and joy. She is also an animal lover, having rescued two cats – Baby Carl and Spot from the shelter. Pam attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock where she studied Psychology. Her first job was at a senior care community in South Carolina. After a few days on the job, she knew that working with seniors was what she wanted to do with the rest of her life. Where else could she have a meaningful job while developing personal relationships and receiving daily hugs. Pam considers her work a ministry. She feels that Innisfree is truly the right place to be and appreciates the genuine welcome shown by the residents, staff and owners.
Jerrilyn Harper - Activity Director

Karen Lee - Receptionist/Front Desk Manager
Karen began working for Innisfree Senior Living in January 2007 as the Receptionist/Front Desk Manager. Karen is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, but she currently calls Centerton, Arkansas “home”. Karen enjoys pampering her two spoiled dogs Sophie and Gigi and is the proud mom of three grown children and four grandchildren. Karen loves getting to know all the residents and their families and feels that Innisfree is a wonderful place.
Darrin Ross -Maintenance Supervisor
Darrin, known as “Mr. Fix It,” joined the Innisfree staff in February 2005. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and currently lives in Centerton, AR. After graduation from Bentonville High School, Darrin served six years in the U.S. Navy as an engine man. Darrin has always worked in maintenance and gained much of his experience from the Navy, his father, and grandfather. During his military years Darrin was given the opportunity to travel overseas, where his favorite location was Scotland. Darrin loves to spend time with his family, including three nieces and one nephew. He is involved with the Loan Pine Animal Shelter and enjoys the four dogs he adopted from the shelter.
