Kathy Good - Administrator - General Manager

Kathy started working at Innisfree in October 1999 as housemother. In November 2000 she joined the office staff, first as receptionist and later became the office manager. In February 2005 Kathy was promoted to General Manager. In February 2007 she was promoted to her current position. She loves the friendly, family atmosphere here at Innisfree, which she calls "home". Kathy and her husband Dick live on site and Dick is a Direct Care staffer in Assisted Living. They have 5 children and 12 grandchildren.
Angie Clark - Health Services Director

Angie has spent most of her life in Northwest Arkansas. Angie joined the Innisfree staff in August 2003 as the Activities Director. She enjoyed the personal relationships which the activity position provided. In December 2003 she married her college sweetheart Josh Clark. They began serving as houseparents in January 2004. In April 2005, Angie was promoted to office manager. In early 2007, with the opening of the new Assited Living addition, Angie was promoted to her current position. Angie continues to enjoy working with the friendly staff and loving residents here at Innisfree.
Cindy Robertson - Activities Director

Cindy moved to Northwest Arkansas from Michigan in 2001. She has 6 children and 2 grandchildren. She started at Innisfree in May 2005 as the activities director. "I was a real-estate broker for 20 years prior and decided in 1998 it was time for a CAREER CHANGE. I started in a nursing home in Michigan and found the change to activity director to be fun and exciting. This was my calling, and coming to Innisfree to work has made it even more enjoyable. The staff and residents are my FAMILY away from home."
Jerrilyn Harper - Activities Director

Jerrilyn joined Innisfree in October, 2007. Previously she was activities director at Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, raised in Chester, West Virginia and moved to California in 1970. She completed Barber College in Anaheim and moved to Arkansas in 1976. She opened her own barber shop in Springdale in 1980, which she still owns and works there on weekends. She has three children and three grandchildren, one of whom lives with her. Jerrilyn loves it here at Innisfree, feels the residents are like family and says she is very happy to be here.
Sam Seyler - Marketing Director

Sam has marketed residential, resort and retirement properties in Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Florida and Arkansas. He grew up on a farm in Kansas near Ottawa. After college he spent two years in Hawaii, compliments of the U.S. Navy. He has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 1995. Sam joined Innisfree in April, 2005 and thoroughly enjoys the friendly and happy atmosphere here. Sam and his wife Fran own their home in Rogers and attend First Christian Church.
Ron Krolikowski - Transportation Director
Ron has worked at Innisfree since November 1999. Prior to that, he worked at Harps in Bella Vista. Ron retired from the Nebraska State Patrol in 1996 after 37 years, before moving to Bella Vista. Ron has enjoyed working at Innisfree because of the great staff, and all of the residents; that is why our slogan is "treating you like family."
Patricia "Trish" Lamonica - Dining Services Director

Trish has been in the Food Services Industry for over twenty-five years, learning her basics about cooking from her Mother, who was a great cook. Originally from upstate New York she has enjoyed management positions in Arizona, Colorado, North Carolina and of course Northwest Arkansas, where she has lived for many years. She has gained valuable experience in family style restaurants, chain restaurants and fine dining establishments. When not working to please the residents at Innisfree, her passion is her animals, a horse named Wildfire and two cats named Dot Kitty and Henry.
