About Innisfree Senior Living In Rogers, AR

The difference in retirement and retirement living.

Reputation and location have made Innisfree one of the premier senior living communities in Northwest Arkansas. Residents who call us "home" are proud being part of a well known, fun and caring community where family and friends are always welcome. Innisfree was established in 1986. Our name “Innisfree" comes from a serene island referenced in the poem "The Lake Isle of Innisfree," written by William Butler Yeats. Innisfree Senior Living is an Independent Living and a state licensed level 1 Assisted Living facility. Innisfree has 56 Independent Living apartments, 24 Cottages and 30 Assisted Living Level 1 apartments.

The Innisfree Staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality, fun, respectful and caring lifestyle for senior adults in their retirement years. The atmosphere in our community is one of laughter, service, and family living for Adults who are ready to experience a high quality full of enjoyment in their senior years. Nina Wood
Healthcare Service Director

Nina came to Innisfree with 14 years of nursing experience in hospitals, mental health, industrial and long term care. Nina is married to her best friend, Shawn. She is the proud Mother of a son, Andru and a daughter, Amanda. Nina loves to sew, shop, read and travel.

Josh Hogg

Josh lives in Springdale with his girlfriend, Christine and their dog Theo. Josh worked his way into our hearts by volunteering at various events and getting to know our residents at our famous Gentlemen’s Breakfast. Josh has a big heart, a vibrant sense of humor, and a contagious desire to have fun.


Shelley Smith
Food Service Director

Shelley's parents worked for the airlines, her dad as a pilot and her mom as a stewardess. Through them, Shelley lived an adventurous life and was able to visit many places. Exposure to diverse cultures increased Shelley’s love for food. In 2002 she moved to Eureka Springs to manage the American Diner. She joined our family in late 2011. She enjoys serving the residents daily. Shelley says that if she can brighten a resident’s day she considers her job well done. 

Jeremy Evatt
Marketing Director 

Jeremy Evatt, joined the Innisfree family in June 2017, with 10 years of administration and operations management experience in healthcare and manufacturing. Jeremy and his wife, heather have two kids, Sophia and Nolan. Jeremy attended the University of South Carolina where he received a Bachelors degree. After college, Jeremy began his professional career in operations management and found his passion five years later working in healthcare. Building relationships with current and future residents brings Jeremy joy on a daily basis.
